1. Are these items instock? 

All our watches are instocks, unless otherwise stated. 

2. Do they come with warranty?

Warranties will be given out to several timepieces. Under our warranty, Tickintorque guarantees our watches for a year which covers only mechanism of the watches. Batteries and incidental damages resulted from usage of watch are not covered. Do email us at tickintorque@gmail.com in any case that the mechanism of the watch fails. 

3. How long will it take to receive my watch?

All parcels will be mailed out within the next 3 working days (weekends/PH not included) upon payment verification. Singpost will take a further 3-7 working days to deliver your item depending on your mode of postage. When in doubt, do feel free to email us for your tracking number for registered postage. 

4. How are these watches delivered? Are boxes provided?

No box will be provided for all our watches, however, they are all securely wrapped with bubble wraps to minimize damages during the mailing process. In any case that gift boxes are required, we do offer gift packaging for you. Additional cost of $1 will be charged for boxes as well as the additional shipping cost.

5. I need my watch urgently, how can i receive them as soon as possible?

Tickintorque no longer provide meetups unless under feasible circumstances. 

6. Will you be able to add additional holes on the straps?

We do provide extra hole punch services, do leave us a note before check out.  

7. Are the watches authentic?

Yes, all watches are authentic to its respective brands. 

8. Vintage watches 

All vintage watches sold on Tickintorque may be preloved or old stocks and thus, often not in brand new condition. We will however, ensure that our watches are in good working condition prior to delivery. Customers are also highly encouraged to validate its conditions based on product images provided before confirming a purchase. Any refunds or exchanges pertaining to such issues will be ignored.
